The court has also ordered that  chief Amadi should reclaim all landed properties  belonging to him.

Our Correspondent who visited the community to monitor situation around the environment report that an uncompleted building was  destroyed in line with the court order.

Some persons who were seen carrying out the demolition exercise told our Correspondent that the owner of the building disobey court order even when judgement was delivered.

When contacted the new paramount ruler of the community, chief Amadi said the building was demolished in line with court order.

Chief Amadi explained that during the period the matter lingered in court, the presiding judge justice Adolphus Enebeli ordered that the two family maintained status quo until judgement but some persons went ahead selling the lands.

Justice Adolphus Enebeli had on Tuesday 15th of February  2022 declared Felix Amadi as the paramount ruler of Ogbogoro and head of Rumukpalikwu-Ada family and his co-defendants in the matter as members of the family.

The Judge during the judgement however gave window for those who built on the disputed land before the institution of the matter in court to approach the family for renegotiation, and further declare that those who bought and develop in the percel of the disputed land during the pendency of the suit, are on the mercies of Chief Felix Amadi and members of his family.
