Preparation On Top Gear For APGA National Chairman Father's Memorial Service

On Wednesday 16th July 2025, the All Prograssives Grand Alliance (APGA) National Chairman, Barrister Sly Ezeokenwa, paid a meaningful visit to the Onitsha South Local Government Area Secretariat in Woliwo, Onitsha, to oversee preparations for the forthcoming Valedictory Session in honor of his late father, Chief (Hon.) Sir Sylvester Anyarue Chukwuma Ezeokenwa, KSJI.

This solemn occasion holds profound significance not only for his family but also for the broader APGA community and all who appreciated his father's impactful contributions across various communities.

During this heartfelt engagement, Barrister Sly Ezeokenwa expressed his gratitude to community members and officials for their continued support and cooperation in celebrating the legacy of Chief (Hon.) Sir Sylvester Ezeokenwa. The event is set to serve as a fitting tribute to a man whose dedication and service left an indelible mark on many lives.

In addition to the memorial preparations, the National Chairman undertook a tour of several Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) centres across Onitsha South.

His visits included key locations such as Fegge Ward 7 at St. Monica's Anglican Church, Bridge Head Ward 2 at Ugborimili Primary School, Fegge Ward 4 at Zik’s Avenue Primary School, Odoakpu Ward 7 at Metu Memorial Secondary School, and Odoakpu Ward 4.

His presence and engagement at these centres were truly inspiring, as he observed the high turnout of dedicated residents eager to exercise their civic rights. Their enthusiasm and commitment exemplify the vibrant spirit of democracy thriving in our region. 

Once again, Barrister Sly Ezeokenwa commended the efforts of INEC staff and the diligent residents for their active participation and vigilance.

He reaffirmed the collective resolve to strengthen Nigeria’s democratic process through inclusive, responsible, and citizen-driven initiatives. 

These series of engagements underscore the APGA leadership’s unwavering commitment to fostering civic responsibility and honoring community legacies, reinforcing the foundation for a robust democratic Nigeria.

Bille People Appeal To Governor Fubara To Prevail On Alhaji Asari Dokubo To Stop Evasion Of Territory
