We Are Not Igbos, Eneka people Declares, Rejects Mbata As Ohaneze PG

SPONSORED  The people of Eneka community in Obio/Akpor local government area of Rivers State has reacted to recent information making the rounds that Eneka people are Igbos. Wife of Andoni Local Government Chairman Calls For A United Force Against Cancer

Rivers Commissioner Of Police Urges Officers To Plan Ahead Of Retirement

 By: Awajis Josiah-Chijindu  Rivers State Commissioner of Police, Olugbenga Adepoju has advised Police Officers to plan ahead of retirement, emphasizing the importance of self-preparedness.  Speaking at the 20th Anniversary Celebration of Cadet ASP Course 22, held at the Police Officers' Mess, Port-Harcourt, CP Adepoju likened the Police job to a race, where individuals must take charge of their own pension and well-being.  He noted that government work alone cannot guarantee wealth, and Officers should not rely solely on colleagues or miracles for support  while on retirement. CP Adepoju urged Officers to set goals, plans, and pray for a meaningful life after retirement.  Also speaking, a member of the Cadet ASP Course 22, ACP Israel Ukpong,who spoke on behalf of others expressed gratitude to God for the opportunity to fulfill their dreams. Highlight of the event was the cutting of the Anniversary Cake and a group photograph of the celebrants.
