Rivers State Commissioner For Health Commissions Two Health Centers In Andoni LGA

The Rivers State government has promised to provide quality health care delivery for the people of Andoni Local Government Area.

The State commissioner for Health Doctor Adaeze Oreh made this known, when she commissioned the Franklin Dienye Health Center in Okoloile community and the Otuafu/ Otunria community health center in Andoni Local Government Area.

Doctor Oreh who was accompanied to the commissioning by the permanent secretary in the ministry, including other principal officials, noted that the provision of quality health care delivery for the people is of top priority to the state government.

The Commissioner while appreciating the council chairman, Mr. Lazarus Nteogwuile for prioritizing the health care of the people, revealed that the governor has promised to fix health centers in the local government area.

On his part, chairman Andoni Local Government Area Mr. Lazarus Nteogwuile who was overjoyed that his administration has provided the two health centers for the rural communities within his one hundred days in office, enjoined the people to guide the facilities jealously.

Mr. Nteogwuile told the people that his administration will continue to provide dividends of democracy as promised during his campaign.

Our Correspondent reports that the chairman also promised to provide power supply for Ibotirem, Samanga and Dema communities.

Bille People Appeal To Governor Fubara To Prevail On Alhaji Asari Dokubo To Stop Evasion Of Territory

Rivers State Government Targets Reduction In Gender Based Violence
