In a statement by the spokesperson of the command, SP Grace Iringe-Koko stated that the gesture was part of the police corporate social responsibility. According to the statement, the team underscored the significance of the visit and noted that the initiative was just the beginning as it plans to launch a new phase of outreach on January 1, 2025, aiming to reach as many indigents and needy individuals as possible. SP Iringe-Koko added that the commitment to giving back to the community demonstrates the team's dedication to serving and protecting the people of Rivers State and seeing into their well-being.
