Wife of Late Chima Ikwunado an auto mechanic who died in police custody ,Mrs. Adaugo Chima is calling for justice for the death of her husband late Chima .
24years old Mrs. Chima who is expecting a baby appealed to the Rivers state government to prevail on the Nigerian Police to release the remains of her husband for burial.
She debunked allegations that her late husband have high sugar level, noting that before she got married to her husband last year January a medical test was conducted .
Meanwhile Civil Society Organisation in Rivers State has given the Rivers State Government two weeks ultimatum to wade into the matter and direct the Attorney General of the state to free the four other boys in prison custody and the commissioner of Health to ensure they are given adequate medical attention.
Chairman Rivers Civil Society Organisation Enefaa Georgewill in a press conference in Port Harcourt said if nothing is done the organisation will organize a mass action against the government.
Mr. Georgewill called on the National and State Assemblies to immediately commence investigation on the true situation of the matter and recommend appropriate punishment for those found wanting.
