Diobu vigilante group apprehend notorious criminal in PortHarcourt

A security outfit Diobu vigilante group has apprehended an alleged notorious criminal Godswill Henshaw popularly known as Macpharaoh from Akwa Ibom who invaded Diobu axis of PortHarcourt with his five man gang robbing residents of Emole. Spokesman Diobu vigilante Group Prince Amatari Bipeledei who spoke with our correspondent said men of the vigilante in a hot pursuit of Macpharoah and his five-man gang, caught him and recovered a 6 round revolver pistol and handed him to the police Prince Bipeledei while hinting that the vigilante group is witnessing a resurgent of criminal activities in Diobu said on the 6th of this month the area witnessed an organized crime where criminals numbering over 40 persons invaded the area and the vigilante mobilized and alerted the Azikiwe police station. He said the joint operation with the men of the Azikiwe Police division saw the arrest of Emmanuel Chuku, Michael Luke, Daniel God’swill and Uchenna Egbelefu. He added that on the 7th of March residents of Obidianso called on the vigilante group when they noticed a corpse in a shallow grave, the matter is still being investigated. Prince Amatari Bipeledei urged the people to keep providing information so as to rid the area of criminals.

Missing Person: Rivers State Police Command declares Miss Joy Woke Wiro

A  statement by the Spokesperson for the Rivers state Police command,SP Grace Iringe-Koko disclosed that she is 17 year old,a native of Ibaa in Emohua Local Government Area of the State,fair in complexion and about 5ft tall, speaks English and Ikwerre languages. Ghost Lawyer Defends Client in Port Harcourt Court

  A magistrate court sitting in Port Harcourt was thrown into confusion today Thursday, the 12th of March, 2026 when it noticed that a lawyer who had died since last year, 2025 December appeared before it on Tuesday the 10th of February, 2026 to conduct his matter. When the matter was called for hearing, and the lawyer was not present, the court on inquiry was informed by the litigant that his lawyer died since last year December 2025.
