Some Houses in Ngo headquarters of Andoni Local Government Area has been burnt down by unknown gunmen in the early hours of today.
Reacting to the ugly incident, Ngo youth president, Mr. Anthony Sunday while condemning the act appealed to youths of the area to eschew evil and embrace peace, as no society can develop in the midst of rancor and acrimony.
Mr. Sunday called on Governor Nyesom Wike and security agencies to swing into action and fish out the hoodlums behind the evil act.
Meanwhile Rivers State Police Public Relations Officer Mr. Nnamdi Omoni said he is not aware of the incident, but promised to make his findings and get back to our correspondent on the matter.
