'I have Covid 19, I want to Meet Ibiyeomie' Suspected Covid19 Patient Tells Security

The Rivers State Ministry of Health Emergency Ambulance this afternoon promptly picked up a young man who claimed to have Corona Virus. The young man who was stopped by men of the Nigeria Legion Taskforce at the Rukpokwu area of Rivers state said he was experiencing some symptoms and needed to see a man of God whom according to him will heal him. "I have Corona Virus and I need help my spirit is telling me so ,I feel a little bit feverish ,then I am restless and headache, but no cough." The young man who said he was coming from Imo state, when asked how he was able to pass through the security details at the borders had this to say. " I am coming from Imo State ,mbaise every one cross , the way is open and some people cross,I am not the only one that cross." Speaking to our Correspondent, Nigeria Legion Taskforce chairman in the state, ACC Kelvin Ohakwe commended the promptness of the Medics immediately they were contacted. Ohakwe commended the people of the area for complying strictly to the stay at home directives by the state government. The acclaimed Corona patient was armed with a big black travelling bag.

Missing Person: Rivers State Police Command declares Miss Joy Woke Wiro

A  statement by the Spokesperson for the Rivers state Police command,SP Grace Iringe-Koko disclosed that she is 17 year old,a native of Ibaa in Emohua Local Government Area of the State,fair in complexion and about 5ft tall, speaks English and Ikwerre languages. SP Koko said the missing girl left home on Monday, September 8th,2025. All efforts made to trace her whereabout proved abortive.
