A 47 years old man Eromonsele Mahmud who have been sleeping with his daughter from when she was 12 years old has insisted that the pregnancy must not be terminated.
Mr. Eromonsele Mahmud who hails from Isakor West Local Government Area of Edo State in an interview with Newsmen at the Rivers State Police command in Port Harcourt confessed to have been sleeping with his daugther and impregnating her.
The man attributed his action to spiritual attack. He explained that a force usually overpowers him before he can make love to his daughter .
Mr. Mahmud also disclosed that he was married but divorce his wife when the child was very little.
Rivers State Police Public Relations Officer,PPRO; Mr. Nnamdi Omoni told Journalists that the command is investigating the matter and will arraigned the suspect in court at the end of the investigation .
A Staff of the Ministry of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Mrs. Kaine Harry told Newsmen that the Ministry was alerted by Doctors without borders about the incident and the Ministry in turn reported to the Police .
Mrs. Harry said the Minor who was impregnated by the father is in their custody at the moment.
