Police Exhume Three Bodies Buried Alive... Arrest Notorious Criminal A.k.A' Kill and Bury ' in Rivers

Three decomposed bodies were exhumed by operatives of Anti-cultism unit of the Rivers state Police Command yesterday at a forest in Bera community Gokana Local Government Area of Rivers State. The victims were buried alive by the suspects. The three victims Baridomale Sunday, Barisiton Nawee and Baridon Gbarabera were tied and buried for informing Security Agencies of the illegal oil bunkery act carried out by the suspects . However Police arrested two suspects in connection to the murder of the three victims . The suspect Barididum Danaa popularly known as' Kill and Bury' and one of his lieutenant who belonged to Deygbam cult group were arrested by men of the Anti cultism unit . Speaking to Newsmen at the scene of the crime, spokesman of the Rivers State Police command, Mr. Nnamdi Omoni explained that the deceased were declared missing on the 14th of March, 2020. Mr. Omoni said men of the Anti-Cultism unit swung into action, and after investigation arrested the prime suspect Barididum Danaa . The PPRO noted that the confession of the gang leader Danaa led to the arrest of one member of his group. In an interview with Newsmen the suspect ,Danaa admitted that his gang buried the victims alive, he confessed that he was a member of Deygbam cult group and also an illegal oil bunker. Meanwhile,a community chief , Nkah Baribe told Journalists that information available to him, revealed that the cultists killed the victims because they were accused of giving information to Security Agencies that led to arrest of their gang members. Our Correspondent reports that there was jubilation in the community following the arrest of 'kill and Bury' .

Bille People Appeal To Governor Fubara To Prevail On Alhaji Asari Dokubo To Stop Evasion Of Territory

Rivers State Government Targets Reduction In Gender Based Violence
