Three members of OSPAC operating in Atali community in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State have been detained at Elimgbu Police Station for allegedly killing one Bright Amawhule an indigene of Elimgbu.
Youth President of Elimgbu, Uche Morgan in a telephone interview with our correspondent said the deceased victim was shot by OSPAC members from the neighbouring community when he went to check workers molding block in his site.
Mr. Morgan also said some youths of Elimgbu confronted the OSPAC personnel who could not state the reason for their action and handed them over to the Police.
Mr. Morgan who described the Killing as provocative and unwarranted maintained that the land where the deceased was shot was his land.
Meanwhile, spokesman Rivers State Police command Mr. Nnamdi Omoni said he is yet to be briefed on the incident.
