Governor Wike Appoint NUJ Members into Key Positions in the State

Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike, has approved the following appointments

Mr. Ernest Chinwo, General Manager, Rivers State Newspaper Corporation and

Mr. Kelvin Ebiri, Special Assistant(Media) to the Governor.

All the appointments take immediate effect.

We gathered that Mr. Awunze who is suspected to be a whistleblower against cultism and other violent crime in Okporowo community in Ahoada East may have been on the trail of the suspects before his untimely death last night.
