OSPAC Leader In Emohua LGA Killed By Suspected Cultists , Body Dismembered

 Leader of the disbanded OSPAC in Umudioga Emohua local government area of Rivers State Mr Alex  Isaac has been killed.


Spokesman  Rivers State Police command, Mr Nnamdi Omoni who confirmed the death of OSPAC leader in an interview with our Correspondent said the dismembered body of the victim had been recovered and deposited in the mortuary.

Mr. Omoni stated that the Police has restored normalcy in the community while investigation has commenced into the incident.

Our correspondent gathered that Gunmen suspected to be cultists yesterday invaded Umudioga community  and killed the OSPAC leader Alex  Isaac .

Natives of the community who pleaded anonymity revealed that the gunmen shot Mr Isaac dead before he was beheaded and his body dismembered.

Some other members of the disbanded OSPAC had fled the community as a result of the killing of their former leader.

This came barely three weeks after the  Chairman of Emohua Local Government Council, Dr.Chidi Lylod pronounced the proscription of all vigilance group in the Local Government and asked communities that made up the Council area to submit five names of natives who will be screened and admitted into a new security outfit to be established and funded by the Council in no distant time.

Missing Person: Rivers State Police Command declares Miss Joy Woke Wiro

A  statement by the Spokesperson for the Rivers state Police command,SP Grace Iringe-Koko disclosed that she is 17 year old,a native of Ibaa in Emohua Local Government Area of the State,fair in complexion and about 5ft tall, speaks English and Ikwerre languages. Ghost Lawyer Defends Client in Port Harcourt Court

  A magistrate court sitting in Port Harcourt was thrown into confusion today Thursday, the 12th of March, 2026 when it noticed that a lawyer who had died since last year, 2025 December appeared before it on Tuesday the 10th of February, 2026 to conduct his matter.
