Gov. Wike Recognises Barrister Uchechukwu Elikwu As Eze Epara Rebisi

 The Rivers State Government has revoke the instrument of recognition of Prince Victor Woluchem as Eze Epara Rebisi.


Consequently, Barrister Uchechukwu Isaiah Elikwu is now the new Eze Epara Rebisi.

Governor Nyesom Wike disclosed this  during the presentation of certificate of recognition and staff of office to Uchechukwu Elikwu as Eze Epara Rebisi the 12th at Government House, Port Harcourt. 

Governor Wike stated  that government decision was in compliance with court directive which the Rivers State Government was third defendant in the matter, having waited patiently since 2013 through an understanding with the parties involved in the matter, pending the court judgement. 


The governor said he decided to personally present the certificate of recognition and staff of office to the Eze Epara Rebisi due to the importance government attaches to the throne and in view of the peace government expect from his domain.

Bille People Appeal To Governor Fubara To Prevail On Alhaji Asari Dokubo To Stop Evasion Of Territory
