Tragedy In Rivers Community As Father,Son Found Dead In Septic Tank

 Reports say two persons a father and his son were found dead in a septic tank at Rumuekini Obio Akpor local government area of Rivers State.

We gathered that the father and his son  were working at a site in the area when the unfortunate incident happened.

According to the source, the father was the first to go into the tank to work but did not make it out at the time he was expected to come out  . The son out of curiosity of what might have befallen his father decided to go into the tank and met his own death.

Source also revealed that they choked to death due to the kerosine  poured into the septic tank.

We also gathered that other workers alarmed by their disappearance, checked in the tank and brought out their corpses.

Ghost Lawyer Defends Client in Port Harcourt Court

  A magistrate court sitting in Port Harcourt was thrown into confusion today Thursday, the 12th of March, 2026 when it noticed that a lawyer who had died since last year, 2025 December appeared before it on Tuesday the 10th of February, 2026 to conduct his matter. When the matter was called for hearing, and the lawyer was not present, the court on inquiry was informed by the litigant that his lawyer died since last year December 2025. The court, presided over by Senior Magistrate Kingsley Briggs became confused and had to search through his record book, where he confirmed the lawyer’s presence during proceeding on Tuesday the 10th day of February, 2026.
