Case Between Tambari Michael And NLNG Suffers Set Back As Claimant Lawyer Was Absent

National Industrial Court sitting in Port Harcourt has adjourned to 16th June 2022 the matter between Mr. Tambari Michael and

Nigeria Liquified Natural Gas, NLNG; for cross examination.

The case presided over by Justice Nelson Ogbuanya was adjourned on the ground that the claimant counsel was unable to attend the sitting following the breakdown of his vehicle on his way to the court.

Mr. Tambari Michael had earlier approached the court to challenge the termination of his appointment by NLNG and also prayed the Court to declare it illegal.
