Report says gunmen pretended to be passengers snatched an ash-colored Toyota Corolla from a Bolt driver at the Mother-Cat Junction in Obio Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State.
The bolt driver, Mr.Segun Akinyola, explained that when they got to Mother-Cat Junction, one of the supposed passenger's brought out a gun and pointed at him, while two other came out from a dark corner with guns in their hands.
Mr. Akinyola said the gunmen robbed him of his phone and money before pushing him out of the vehicle and zoomed off.
The Bolt driver stated that he reported the incident at the Elekahia Police Division.
However,Acting police public Relations Officer Rivers State Command Mrs.Grace Iringe-Ikoko, was yet to respond to the incident as of the time of filing this report.
