Rivers State Police Command Announces Burial Date For Late SP Omoni

 


The Omoni's  family of Mgbu-elia Rundele of Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State, in conjunction with the Nigerian Police Force, Rivers State Command, wish to announce the burial arrangements of our Son, father, brother, and colleague, Late SP Nnamdi N. Omoni, who was until his death the  Divisional Police Officer(DPO) of  Elimgbu Police Station and the immediate past Police  Public Relations Officer ( PPRO), Rivers State Police Command. 

His Sudden, & painful death occurred on Tuesday 30th of August 2022 after a brief illness. He was aged 58 yrs.

Burial Arrangements are as follow:-
1)  Tuesday 25th of October 2022- Night of tributes:
Venue: Police Officers Mess, Old GRA, Port- Harcourt, Time 4pm.
(2)  Friday 28th of October 2022: Service of Songs at St. John's Anglican Church Ndele District.
Time 3pm - 5.30pm.
(3) Saturday 29th October 2022 
(a) 7am Body leaves Ash mortuary Port- Harcourt  to Rundele Community
(b) 8.45am to 9. 45am Body lies in state and  receives by elders and chiefs in Council.
(C) 10am: Funeral service at St John's Anglican Church Ndele district
(d) 12noon: Interment at the church cemetery.
(e) 1pm: Reception and Entertainment at state school 1 flield Ndele.
(4) Sunday 30th of October 2022: Thanksgiving/ Outing Service at St. John's Anglican Church Ndele district by 10am.

 Please Note: All condolence massages in respect of the Late SP Nnamdi N. Omoni, should be addressed to the Omoni's family of Rundele in Emohua LGA c/o  Capt. Buddy Alete-Omoni.

We will Not Enslave Anyone - King Nnabiget XV

Missing Person: Rivers State Police Command declares Miss Joy Woke Wiro

 By: Awajis Josiah-Chijindu  The Rivers State Police Command has declared Miss Joy Woke Wiro missing. A  statement by the Spokesperson for the Rivers state Police command,SP Grace Iringe-Koko disclosed that she is 17 year old,a native of Ibaa in Emohua Local Government Area of the State,fair in complexion and about 5ft tall, speaks English and Ikwerre languages. SP Koko said the missing girl left home on Monday, September 8th,2025. All efforts made to trace her whereabout proved abortive.
