The Appeal Court sitting in Port Harcourt has struck out the suit filed by APC Governorship Aspirant Ojukaye Flag-Amachree against the Judgement of Federal High Court in a matter between George Orlu and others against INEC and APC .
The lead judge , Justice O.A Adegbehingbe ruled that the appeal is lacking in merit and dismissed the suit.
But the court held that the relief sort by Mr. Flag-Amachree will not be granted having lost from the party primary and never protested against it which also was not in the judgement of the Federal High court.
Speaking to Journalists outside the courtroom, Counsel representing George Orlu and others Mr. Biobele Georgewill explained what transpired in court.
Our Correspondent reports that Mr.Flag-Amachree is seeking the Appeal court to comply the party to conduct a fresh primary and Congress.
