Bombshell In Rivers APC As Group Suspend Chairman

Some Members of the State Executive Council of All Progressives Congress in Rivers State have suspended the chairman of the party Chief Emeka Beke

Also suspended is the publicity Secretary of the party Darlington Nwauju and the legal adviser Iheanyi Chukwu

Announcing the suspension at a press briefing Chike Enyinda accused the embattled chairman Emeka Beke of alleged anti party activities, financial misappropriation and high handedness.

The members subsequently appointed the Deputy chairman of the party Mr.Omiete Eferebo as the acting chairman of the party

Also Chidi Nweke was announced the new leader of the party while Enyinda Chike was appointed the new Spokesperson of the party

When contacted embattled chairman of the party Chief Beke who denied the allegations said they have no power to suspend him and directed them to the constitution of the party.
