Police Arrest Suspect Who Murder Wristwatch Seller In Rivers State

Operatives of Rivers State Police Command attached to Buguma Division on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, received a credible intelligence that Alexander Johnbull  who killed one Abubakar  a wristwatch seller and stole his Gold jewelry in December 2021 and ran away, but base on pressure later came back to Buguma.

Briefing Newsmen at the Police headquarters in Port Harcourt, Commissioner of Police Nwonyi Emeka told journalists that patrol team went to the suspect house and arrested him, while the suspect is in custody and further investigation  ongoing.

Similarly the police Boss in Rivers State explained that Operatives while on patrol along Woji community, sighted a Green Highlander with three occupants on speed and refused to stop for searching at a checking point.

After a hot chase, they abandoned the vehicle and took to their heels. 
Items recovered from the vehicle include two matchets, two plate numbers, two itel phones, an ID card, and two ATM cards.
Investigation is ongoing to arrest the fleeing suspects. 

CP Emeka also said on August 12, 2023, based on intelligence tips, the following suspects were arrested: Isaac Kalu , Nnorom Ikechukwu ,Nneka Umezinwa , Chioma Ebere  and Onyinye Nduuisi ,
One Passat Wagon car was recovered from them.






The suspects are made to be known people who specialize in One Chance Robbery operating within the Ozuoba-Choba axis.
Investigation is ongoing to arrest other members of the syndicate.

In a related development,On 12th August 2023, based on credible information that One Toyota Camry with Reg. ES 896 LSR, that was removed from were it was parked along Elimgbu axis was sighted at a mechanic workshop. Three suspects namely Ifegbora Choice , Kenneth Azodo  and Queen Ahamonu were traced and arrested.

Investigation ongoing to arrest other fleeing gang members.

Bille People Appeal To Governor Fubara To Prevail On Alhaji Asari Dokubo To Stop Evasion Of Territory

Rivers State Government Targets Reduction In Gender Based Violence
