Police In Rivers State Arrest Man For Defilement Of His 13 Year Old House Maid

The Rivers State Police Command has arrested one Kolowale,42 year old rig worker for alleged defilement of his 13 year old female house maid at Ejekwu street,Eneka in Obio/Akpor Local Government area.

Public Relations Officer of the Rivers State Police Command,SP Grace Iringe-Koko confirmed the development to our Correspondent ,stated that the suspect is being detained as investigation is ongoing.


It was gathered that the suspect was arrested by the  Human Rights Desk of the Command following a compliant by concerned neighbours who the teenage girl ran to after her alleged defilement by the suspect.

Some women in the vicinity had examined the private part of the  teenage girl to ascertain the veracity of her claim and was shocked to observe the level of damage done to the minor's female organ.

We learnt that some of the neighbours based on strength of their findings,quickly alerted the Police on the incident.We also reliably gathered that the result of  medical examination conducted on the teenage girl showed that her private part was penetrated.

Bille People Appeal To Governor Fubara To Prevail On Alhaji Asari Dokubo To Stop Evasion Of Territory

Pastor Dehumanizing Children In Rivers State Cools Off In Police Net

According to a statement by the Public Relations Officer of the Command, SP Grace Iringe-Koko, Preliminary investigations revealed that Pastor Joseph allegedly organized a 3-day program for children in his Church, purportedly for "spiritual cleaning," claiming to have been inspired by the Holy Spirit.
