The Ijaw Women Congress, Abuja Chapter, recently celebrated the 51st birthday of Mrs. Mina Tamuno-Williams Agbons, Chief of Staff to the Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo.
Hundreds of Nigerians from different walks of life attended the celebration, showcasing Mrs. Agbons' impact beyond her professional circle.
Led by the Chapter President, Mrs. Fyne Ibifaka Uzoukwu, the women presented Mrs. Agbons with a birthday gift, accompanied by prayers and the traditional "asawana" anthem, a significant cultural identifier of the Ijaw people.
The gesture highlights the strong bond between Mrs. Agbons and the Ijaw community.
As a trained lawyer and chartered administrator, Mrs. Agbons has demonstrated expertise in her fields.
Notably, she served as the former Clerk of the House of Representatives Committee on the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
Her experience and dedication to public service have earned her recognition and respect.
