ARTICLE - APGA National Chairman Led Party's NWC To Congratulate Governor Soludo On Electoral Victory

In a show of unwavering support and solidarity, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Barrister Sly Ezeokenwa, led members of the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) on a courtesy visit to the Governor of Anambra State and APGA’s National Leader, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo CFR. 

The visit took place at the Light House, Awka, on Saturday, 22nd November 2025, to felicitate him on his resounding victory in the just-concluded gubernatorial election.

A Clear Endorsement of Leadership and Vision
During the visit, Barrister Ezeokenwa lauded Governor Soludo’s electoral triumph, which saw him clinch victory in all local governments and secure wins in 318 out of 326 wards across the state. He described this landslide as a definitive endorsement of Soludo’s excellence, strategic vision, and transformative leadership that has significantly shaped Anambra’s developmental journey. 

“The overwhelming support from Ndi Anambra is a testament to the confidence they have in your blueprint for accelerated growth, sustainable reforms, and inclusive governance,” Ezeokenwa affirmed. “This victory reflects the people’s trust in your leadership to continue driving meaningful change and progress across all sectors.”



Celebrating Achievements and Reinforcing Unity
Members of the NWC took a moment to commend the Governor for his remarkable strides in infrastructure development, education reform, security enhancement, healthcare delivery, and human capital empowerment. 

These accomplishments, they noted, are the pillars upon which the renewed trust of Ndi Anambra has been built.

In his response, Governor Soludo expressed heartfelt gratitude to the party leadership and the people of Anambra for their steadfast support. He described APGA as a family bound by a shared commitment to service, progress, and the collective aspiration for a prosperous state.

Governor Soludo pledged to deepen ongoing reforms, expand infrastructural renewal initiatives, and empower the youth through innovative skills acquisition programs. He also reaffirmed his commitment to maintaining peace and stability, which have become hallmarks of his administration.

Missing Person: Rivers State Police Command declares Miss Joy Woke Wiro

A  statement by the Spokesperson for the Rivers state Police command,SP Grace Iringe-Koko disclosed that she is 17 year old,a native of Ibaa in Emohua Local Government Area of the State,fair in complexion and about 5ft tall, speaks English and Ikwerre languages. Ghost Lawyer Defends Client in Port Harcourt Court

  A magistrate court sitting in Port Harcourt was thrown into confusion today Thursday, the 12th of March, 2026 when it noticed that a lawyer who had died since last year, 2025 December appeared before it on Tuesday the 10th of February, 2026 to conduct his matter. When the matter was called for hearing, and the lawyer was not present, the court on inquiry was informed by the litigant that his lawyer died since last year December 2025.
