The future belongs to young people who are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to innovate. 


Across Ahiazu and Ezinihite Mbaise, thousands of talented youths possess the creativity and determination to succeed, yet many are held back by limited access to quality education, reliable internet, digital tools, and mentorship. 


Hon. Nduka Anyanwu believes that every young person deserves the opportunity to unlock their full potential. 



His flagship initiative, "Unlock the Potential: Digital Skills and Innovation for Every Youth," is a practical commitment to preparing our youths for success in the digital economy and positioning our constituency as a hub of innovation and entrepreneurship. 


The project will expand access to reliable internet, quality STEM education, digital skills training, and community innovation hubs, where young people can learn, create, collaborate, and develop solutions to real-world challenges. Participants will gain practical skills in coding, software development, digital marketing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, entrepreneurship, and other high-demand digital careers that can create employment and wealth. 


Recognising that lasting impact requires collaboration, the initiative will build strong partnerships with schools, technology companies, government agencies, development organisations, and the private sector. 


These partnerships will provide mentorship, internships, scholarships, business support, and networking opportunities to help young innovators transform ideas into successful enterprises. 


Beyond skills acquisition, the project is designed to nurture a new generation of entrepreneurs by supporting youth-led businesses with business incubation, mentorship, innovation grants, and access to markets. The goal is not simply to train young people but to empower them to become employers, innovators, and community leaders. 


Investing in our youth is the surest investment in the future of Ahiazu/Ezinihite Mbaise and Nigeria. By equipping our young people with the right digital skills and opportunities, we can reduce unemployment, stimulate innovation, create sustainable jobs, and strengthen our local economy. 


Together, we can unlock the limitless potential of our youth, inspire innovation, and build a prosperous future where every young person has the opportunity to succeed.

Ghost Lawyer Defends Client in Port Harcourt Court

  A magistrate court sitting in Port Harcourt was thrown into confusion today Thursday, the 12th of March, 2026 when it noticed that a lawyer who had died since last year, 2025 December appeared before it on Tuesday the 10th of February, 2026 to conduct his matter. When the matter was called for hearing, and the lawyer was not present, the court on inquiry was informed by the litigant that his lawyer died since last year December 2025. The court, presided over by Senior Magistrate Kingsley Briggs became confused and had to search through his record book, where he confirmed the lawyer’s presence during proceeding on Tuesday the 10th day of February, 2026. The Senior Magistrate informed the litigant on how the court had wanted to issue a bench warrant against him if not for the intervention of his lawyer who pleaded that he the litigant was sick and needed medical attention. Federal Government Yet to Approve Adire as NYSC Uniform, Minister Clarifies

By: Awajis Josiah-Chijindu  The Minister of Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande, has clarified that the Federal Government has not approved Adire as the new uniform for members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), saying his earlier remarks on the subject were misconstrued. The clarification came hours after media reports suggested that the government had concluded plans to replace the NYSC's iconic khaki uniform with Adire following the minister's appearance on Channels Television's The Morning Brief on Thursday.
